摘要:
辨认病松木材内拟松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus mucronatus)和松材线虫(B.xylophilus)的主要依据是:雌虫尾端指状,尾尖突长达3.5微米以上的为拟松材线虫;雌虫尾端宽圆、无尾尖突的或尾端指状、尾尖突长1微米左右(不超过2微米)的为松材线虫。 人工接种3—6年生盆栽和林内自生马尾松(Pinus massoniana),无论是一般接种量(5000条/株)或加大接种量(13000条/株),拟松材线虫对接种株不表现致病能力或者致病微弱。检查200多株病松样本以及对一些病株作系统观察,绝大多数拟松材线虫只出现于受害虫为害或由其它因素引起的枯死株(枝)或濒死株中。因此初步认为,拟松材线虫属于弱性寄生物类群,在国内马尾松等树种枯死株中由它所起的为害作用,目前不宜估计过高。
Abstract:
Based on the presence or absence of a tail mucro of female and the length of the mucro, a method distinguishing between Bursaphelenchus mucronatus and B. xylophilus in the wood of diseased pine trees was proposed. That is, the female with a digitate terminus and an caudal mucro of over 3.5μm belongs to B. mucronatus, whereas the female with a broadly rounded tail tip and without caudal muero, or with a digitate terminus and a caudal mucro of about 1μm (<2μm) belongs to B. xylophilus.B. mucronatus collected from the wood of dead Pinus massoniana and P. thunbergii in China presented a weak pathogenicity proved by artificial inoculating with the nematode on potted and self-generated 3-6-year-old seedlings of P. massoniana as well as P.thunbergii. Moreover, an investigation of over 200 samples of Pine trees has discovered that the distribution of B. mucronatus is wider than B. xylophilus, but almost all of the former are only found in the dead or stressed pine trees. No typical wilting pine tree infected by the nematode is known in nature. It appears that B. rnucronatus is a weak parasite in China as in Japan, and that it is not an important factor which causes the wilting disease of these pine trees in our country.
