摘要:
将32头体重15 kg左右的三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪均分成4组,对照组日粮中不添加硒,3个补硒组分别添加富硒益生菌、富硒酵母、亚硒酸钠,其剂量以硒计,均为0.3 mg.kg-1。试验期为60 d。结果表明:(1)试验结束时,3个补硒组的肌肉、肾、肝中硒含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其中富硒益生菌组和富硒酵母组极显著高于亚硒酸钠组;(2)在30和60 d时,3个补硒组血液中GSH-Px活性、SOD酶活性、全血硒含量均显著或极显著高于对照组,血清中MDA含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)富硒益生菌能显著提高仔猪的生长性能。
Abstract:
A total of 32 weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)with body weight of 15 kg were allotted to the 4 groups in a randomized complete block design, of which 3 were assigned for test groups, and one served as control. Three different selenium sources namely selenium-enriched probiotics, selenium-enriched yeast, and sodium selenite were respectively supplemented to 3 test groups in a dosage of 0.3 mg selenium per kilogram diet. Whole feeding experiment lasted for 60 days. The results were as follows:(1)Contents of the muscle, kidney and liver selenium in 3 test groups were very markedly higher than control group(P<0.01)in the end of the experiment;(2)In the 30th day and 60th day of the experiment, blood GSH-Px activity, blood selenium concentration, serum SOD activity in 3 test groups were markedly or very markedly higher than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01), serum MDA levels were markedly lower than control group(P<0.05);(3)Weaned piglets performance was markedly enhanced by selenium-enriched probiotics in the experiment(P<0.05).
