摘要:
[目的]为进一步提高水稻秸秆酶解还原糖产量,对水稻秸秆饲料汽爆加工工艺进行了研究。[方法]把汽爆的恒压保压过程分为保压蒸煮和爆破前升压两个阶段,并分别控制两个阶段的蒸汽压力。采用响应曲面分析法研究了保压蒸煮压力(A/MPa)、保压蒸煮时间(B/s)和爆破前压力(C/MPa)3个因素对水稻秸秆酶解后还原糖产量(D/%)的影响。[结果]A、B、CD的影响均显著。随着AC的增加,D明显提高;随着B的增加,D提高。在保证汽爆后秸秆饲料的感官特性前提下,对照组在A=1.6 MPa、B=140 s、C=1.6 MPa时,D为20.07%;目标组在A=1.6 MPa、B=140 s、C=2.2 MPa时,D最高,为37.48%,是对照组的1.87倍。[结论]改进与优化后的汽爆加工工艺能明显提高水稻秸秆酶解后还原糖产量。
Abstract:
[Objectives]To further enhance enzymatic hydrolysis sugar yield of rice straw, steam explosion processing technology of rice straw as feed was studied. [Methods]The scheme was proposed that the constant pressure maintaining in the steam explosion process was divided into two stages, holding pressure cooking and quickly increasing steam pressure before blasting, and steam pressure of the two stages was respectively controlled. Three factors, cooking pressure under stable pressure(A/MPa), cooking time under stable pressure(B/s)and pressure before blasting(C/MPa), on enzymatic hydrolysis sugar yield(D/%)of rice straw were studied by response surface methodology. [Results]The results showed that A, B and C influenced the D significantly. With the increase of A and C, D increased significantly;with the increase of B, D increased. As a control group in the condition that A was 1.6 MPa, B was 140 s, and C was 1.6 MPa, D was 20.07%. As a target group in the condition that A was 1.6 MPa, B was 140 s, and C was 2.2 MPa, D, the highest, was 37.48%, which was 1.87 times that of the control group. [Conclusions]Obviously enzymatic hydrolysis sugar yield was improved by improving and optimizing steam explosion processing technology.
