摘要:
为确定适宜的孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)的剂量水平,试验Ⅰ选5头水牛分别在其发情周期第16天肌注PMSG1200、1500、1800,2100和2400iu,并于发情当天注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)2500iu。结果有4头母牛排卵,配种后2头受胎,其中一头生双胎。试验Ⅱ共处理58头黄牛和38头水牛,其中50头黄牛和27头水牛用两种剂量(1800,2400iu)的PMSG处理,另8头黄牛和11头水牛在注射PMSG1800iu的同时注射三合激素(ITC)3支。所有母牛中约半数在其发情当天用HCG2000iu处理。结果53头黄牛(91.4%)和33头水牛(86.8%)排1—7卵,平均每头黄、水牛分别排卵2.43±1.54和1.97±1.21。配种后分别有41头黄牛和16头水牛受胎,其中黄牛和水牛的双胎妊娠率分别为31.7%和31.3%,多胎妊娠率分别为17.1%和18.8%。
Abstract:
In an attempt to obtain the appropriate dose of PMSG (Pregnant Mare’s Serum Gonadotropin), five buffalo cows (trialⅠ)were injected (ira)with five dose of PMSG (1200, 1500, 1800, 2100 and 2400 iu)on the 16th day of the cycle, followed by an injection of 2500 iu of HCG(Human Chorionic Gonadotropin)on the day of estrus. The results showed that four cows ovulated, two conceived in which one produced a set of active twin on the 304th day of pregnancy. In trial Ⅱ, 50 yellow cattle and 27 buffalo cows were treated with PMSG either 1800 or 2400 iu, eight yellow cattle and 11 buffalo cows were treated with both ITC(Injectio Tristeroni Complicis, composed from propionic testo-sterone, progesterone and phenylformic estradiol)and PMSG. All of the cows, about half were followed by an injection of 2000 iu of HCG on the day of estrus. As the results, 53 yellow cattle (91.4%) and 33 buffalo cows ( 86.8%) ovulated 1—7 eggs (mean ovulation rate were 2.43±1.54 and 1.97±1.21 respectively). Of the pregnant cows, 13 yellow cattle(31.70%)and 5 buffalo cows (31.3%)were twin-pregnancy, 7 yellow cattle(17.1%)and 3 buffalo cows (18.8%)were multiple pregnancy.
