摘要:
利用人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)双抗体放免药盒直接检测牛血浆促黄体素(bLH)含量,毋需制备受体,仅将说明书介绍的方法略加修改,就可经济、简便地进行测定。用该法测定无情黄牛血浆LH含量为2.3568±1.3570毫微克/毫升(n=11),发情周期第16—17天的母水牛血浆LH含量为3.3283±1.4963毫微克/毫升(n=8)。黄牛注射三合激素、孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)和PMSG与三合激素联用后第6小时,血浆LH含量均较处理前显著增高(P<0.05),分别达11.6800±8.6368(n=3),7.1481±5.5316(n=6)和5.4270±4.4053毫微克/毫升(n=4)。水牛注射PMSG后第24小时和48小时,血浆LH含量分别为6.1940±3.3377和5.5483±2.6501毫微克/毫升(n=4)。
Abstract:
Human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)double antibody radioimmunoassay kit may be used directly to determine the concentration of luteinizing hormone (LH) in the blood plasma of cattle and water buffalo cows. It was not necessary to make LH-receptor by use of this kit. If the method mentioned in the direction of the kit was modified, not only the concentration of bovine LH may be quantified economically, conveniently and more accurately, but also the higher sensitivity of the assay may be achieved. The average concentration of LH in the blood plasma determined by HCG/LH.RIA was 2.3568±1.3570 ng/ml for anestrus cattle cows and 3.3283±1.4963 ng/ml for cycling buffalo cows (day 16 or 17). LH concentration in the blood plasma of anestrus cattle cows, increased significantly (P<0.05) at 6th. hour after the cows were treated with either PMSG or ITC (Injectio Tristeroni Complicis) or PMSG+ITC. However, there were no significant dfferences between groups.In addition, the levels of plasma LH of buffalo cows was higher about twofold at 24th. and 48th. hour after buffalo cows were treated with PMSG than those of cows before treatment (P>0.05).
