1985年从江苏镇江农科所西瓜试验田的西瓜花叶病株上分离到二种病毒分离物,试验的代表分离物分别为W_3和W_{40}。 W_3分离物的寄主范围较窄,除葫芦科植物外,只侵染苋色藜引起褪绿黄斑;体外抗性:失毒温度为50—55℃,稀释限点为10(-4),体外存活期为21天;棉蚜(Aphis gossypii),桃蚜(Myzus persicae)以非持久性方式传毒。病毒粒体为线条形,长度为600—750nm;在病叶细胞的超薄切片内可观察到典型的风轮状内含体。与西瓜花叶病毒二号(WMV-2)抗血清呈阳性反应。W_3分离物是西瓜花叶病毒二号的一个株系。 W_{40}分离物的寄主范围广,除葫芦科植物外,还能侵染茄科、菊科、苋科、豆科等作物。失毒温度为55—60℃,稀释限点10^{-3},体外存活期为3天,棉蚜、桃蚜以非持久性方式传病。与黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)抗血清呈阳性反应。W_{40}分离物为黄瓜花叶病毒的一个株系。 在86年调查田间西瓜花叶病中,WMV-2占病株的70%,CMV占18%,还有4%左右的混合感染病株。
Abstract:
Two isolates (W_3 and W_{40}) were obtained from watermelon fields of Zhenjiang Institute of Agricultural Science in 1985. The host range of W_3 isolate is mostly limited to the Cucurbitaceae although the Chenopodiaeae, e. g chenopodium amaranticolor are reacted as local chlorosis lesions. The thermal inactivation point is between 50-and 55℃,the dilution end-point is 10^{-4}, and infectiVity is retained at room temperature for 21 days. It was transmitted by APhis gossypii Myzus persicae in nonpersistent manner Particles are flexuous filaments of length 600-750nm. The electron microscopy of the ultrathin section of the infecred leaves shows typical pinwheel and bundle inclusion bodies. Isolate W_3 could react with antiserum of WMV-2 in PAS-ELISA test. It is suggested that the isolate W_3 is a strain of WMV-2.The isolate W_{40}. could infect Cucurbitaceae, Solanaceae, Compositae, Leguminosae, Arnaranthaceae and others. The thermal inactivation point is 55-60℃ the dilution end-point is 10^{-3}, and longevity in vitro is 3 days. Isolate W_{40} could transmitted by MYzus percicae, and APhis gossPii.It could react with the antiserum of CMV in PAS-ELISA test Results suggested that isolate W_{40} is a strain of CMV.In 1986 it was showed that WMV-2 was at a percentage of 70, CMV was 18% and mixed infection of both was about 4%.
