摘要:
本文研究了化学诱导下荷兰8个土样可溶性有机态氮的释放动力学。结果表明,土壤可溶性有机态氮的释放符合一级动力学方程 N_t=N_o(1-e^{-kt}),N_o 和土壤有机碳、全氮无明显相关性,但与0.01mol/L CaCl_2提取的可溶性有机氮相关密切。N_o 可能反映了土壤的本质属性,有助于评价土壤有效性氮素水平。
Abstract:
A kinetic technique to gain information about the chemically induced release of solubleorganic N from Dutch soils was adopted.The results obtained show that the release of solubleorganic N obeys the first order kinetics N_t=N_o(1-c^{-kt}).The soluble organic N release poten-tial N_o is highly correlated with N extracted by 0.01 mol/L CaCl_2 solution,but not corre-lated with soil total N or organic C,implicating that N_o or CaCl_2-extractable N may be usedto assess the soil N status.
