摘要:
在精料和青干草口粮条件下,研究了5头装有消化道瘘管的阉公湖羊的复胃,大小肠消化代谢及吸收特性。结果表明,复胃微生物蛋白(MCP)的合成效率为9.80±0.59g MCP/100g OMD,酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和有机物(OM)的消化率分别为38.79%±1.35%,和49.26%±1.72%。小肠对食糜的纯吸收量4.69±0.28kg/d;总氮(TN)7.88±0.45g/d,其中非氨氮(NAN)7.24±0.42g/d。MCP—N 在小肠内的表观消化率76.87%,是 TN 的1.57倍。其中3头阉公湖羊 TN 的整体表观消化率为65.33%±1.90%,小肠占70.96%;OM 和 ADF 整体表观消化率分别为64.82%±1.58%和51.15%±1.11%,其中复胃分别占60.54%和81.90%。
Abstract:
Five wethers with duodenal and ilcum-caecum eannulae were fed with concentrate-hay ration.The resultsshowed that the efficiency of synthesis of microbial protein(MCP)in stomach was 9.80±0.59g/100g OMD and thedigestibility of acid detergent fibre(ADF)and organic matter(OM)in stomach were 38.79%±1.35% and 49.26%±1.72% respectively.The net absorption of digesta in small intestine was 4.69±0.28kg/d;Total nitrogen was 7.88±0.45g/d,among which non-ammonia nitrogen was 7.25±0.42g/d.The apparent digestibility of MCP-N in smallintestine was 76.87%,which was 1.57 times that of TN.The results of three wethers indicated that apparentdigestibility of TN in total digestive tract was 65.33%±1.90%,70.96% of which in small intestine;The apparentdigestibility of OM and ADF in total tract were 64.82±1.58% and 51.15±1.11% respectively,60.54% and81.90% of which in the complex stoamch.
