摘要:
给6只四季鹅手术安装十二指肠瘘管,同时在肌胃厚肌和十二指肠浆膜下埋植慢性双极针型电极,观察了不同消化状态(禁食、食物逗引和摄食)、捆绑应激和某些神经药物(肾上腺素、匹罗卡品等)对鹅的胃肠内压和平滑肌电活动的影响。结果表明,不同消化状态下,鹅的胃肠电和运动存在明显的差异。在禁食12h 后,当动物看到食物时,胃肠电活动明显增强,在摄食或摄食后则进一步增加;而捆绑应激时,胃肠电运动活动明显受抑制;肾卜腺素或匹罗卡品等对鹅胃肠内压和电活动的作用与哺乳动物相一致。结果提示:鹅的胃肠电运动也存在“头相”和“胃相”的神经调节。
Abstract:
Six geese fitted with duodenal fistula and implanted with chronic bipolar electrodes in gizzard thick muscleand duodenal subscrosa were used to study the effects of different digestive states(fasting,seeing food and eating),binding(stress) and some drugs(adrenaline,pilocarpine,atropine,etc)on gastrointestinal pressure and smooth muscleelectrical activity,The results revealed that there were significant changes in the gastrointestinal electromotor activity(GIEMA)under different digestive states.Following fasting.significant increase in GIEMA was detected when thegoose saw feeds.GIEMA further increased during or after eating,but binding(stress)inhibited it.The reponses tointravenous injection of adrenaline or pilocarpine was similar to the mammals.It was suggested that there was existenceof neuroregulation of“cephalic phase”and“gastric phase”in GIEMA in geese.
