摘要:
选择湖羊公羔32头,以考力代公羔24头作对照,研究生殖系统的发育及精细管内精子的发生,并用放射免疫方法侧定了两品种血浆中的睾酮水平。结果湖羊公羔生殖系统发育明显快于考力代。湖羊30日龄精细管内就可见少量初级精母细胞。60日龄精细管内可见次级精母细胞,最早在精细管内可见精子细胞和精子日龄为80日龄。湖羊出现性爬跨的平均日龄和体重分别为75.00±3.25d 和14.78±0.48kg,阴茎出鞘时的平均日龄和体重为80.75±3.75d 和15.19±0.19kg。血浆中睾酮水平各采样阶段湖羊均高于考力代,这可能与湖羊公羔性成熟早有关。
Abstract:
Thirty two Hu sheep male lambs(H) and 24 Corriedle male lambs(C) were selected to studythe development of reproductive system and spermatogenesis.Plasma testosterone(T) level of two breedswas measured by RIA.The results showed that the development of reproductive system of H was muchfaster than that of C.In H,primary spermatocytes were present in seminiferous tuble(ST) at day 30 of age,secondary spermatocytes were seen in ST at day 60.Spermatid and sperm were found in ST as late as day 80in H.The average age of sexual mounting of H was 75.00±3.25d and 14.78±.48kg in body weight.Theavrage age at which penis began to stretch was 80.75±3.75d and 15.19±0.19kg.Plasma T levels werehigher in H than in C.The results showed that proeocity of H was related to its higher level plasma T in earlypostnatal period.
