本实验共选用成年四季鹅31头,成年太湖鹅8头,分三个系列观察了灌服胰酶和丙谷胺对鹅摄食活动的影响。发现胃中灌注胰酶可显著提高禁食20h 鹅的摄食量,并呈明显的量效关系,但同样的处理对自由摄食鹅的摄食量无显著影响;填喂丙谷胺可显著增加自由摄食和禁食18h 状态下鹅的摄食量,并且其作用可维持24h 以上。提示内源性胆囊收缩素(CCK)对鹅的摄食活动有一定的调节作用。
Abstract:
31 Siji Geese and 8 Taihu Geese were used in present experiment in order to study theendogenous CCK in the control of food intake in poultry.The food intake behaviors of geese were measuredin responce to pancreatin and proglumide respectively The results were as follows:Intragastric administrationof pancreatin significantly increased the 6 h cumulative food intake in 20 h fasted geese,and the effects wereobviously dose-related.But the same treatment failed to increase the feeding in free-fed geese.Proglumideadministration (p.o.) significantly increased the food intake both in free-fed and 18 h fasted geese,and theeffects can lasted over 24h.The results suggest that endogenous CCK plays a role in the food intake control ingeese.
