摘要:
对二个棉花半配合材料(G.barbadenseL)PSg和VSg自交后代产生的单倍体的形态、细胞学、以及半配合特性的遗传表现进行了初步观察.结果表明.PSg和VSg自交后代能产生单倍体,分母本与其它材料杂交F1能产生嵌合体.自交后代产生的单倍体均表现为植株瘦弱、花药不开裂、不能正常散粉结铃.半配合特征既能通过雌配子传递、也能通过雄配子传递,且表现母性影响.
Abstract:
The article deals with the inheritance of semigamy in cotton and morphologlcal, cytological observations on haploid plants derived from PSg and VSg semigametic materials. Results showed that haploid plants and chimeral seedlings can be derived from semigametic PSg and VSg through selfing or crossing as female with other normal lines respectively. All haploid plants thus derived are usually characterized by their thin and slender statures, indehiscent authers, abortive pollen grains and abnormal fertiization.Genetic analysis indicated that semigamy in cotton is transmitted through female and male gametophytes,however, maternal influence is also observed.
