摘要:
装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的2头成年公湖羊去势后,瘤胃液总脱氢酶活力(TDHA)、氨氮(NH_3-N)及总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度分别下降20.92%,14.17%和22.40%(P<O.05);十二指肠食糜流量及总氮(TN)流量分别降低12.62%和13.64%(P<0.05);肠区消化率变化不显著。十二指肠灌注半胱胺后,外周血液生长抑素(SS)水平降低20.52%(P<0.001);瘤胃消化代谢加强;十二指肠食糜流量及TN流量分别增加15.43%和19.10%(P<0.05);肠区消化功能显著提高。
Abstract:
Experiments were conducted with 2 adult Hu rams fitted with chronic fistulas in the ruman and duodenum. After castration, the TDHA in ruminal fluid, concentration of NH_3-N and TVFA decreased by 20.92%, 14.17% and 22.40% (P<0.05), respectively; total digesta flow(TDF) and TN through the duodenum were decreased. No significant change was found in the digestibility of the intestine. After cysteamine infusion into the duodenum, the concentration of somatostatin in peripheral blood decreased 20.52% (P<0.001), ruminal fermentation was enhanced, TDF and TN through the duodenum increased 15.43% and 19.10% (P<0.05), respectively, and the intestinal digestibility was elevated significantly.
