摘要:
运用Mannich反应制备褪黑激素(MLT)完全抗原(复合物中MLT与BSA的结合比为11.5∶1)。在秋冬季用该抗原主动免疫5只罗曼蛋鸡,经ELISA检测,各鸡均产生MLT特异性抗体。在自然光照下,通过MLT完全抗原主动免疫,可显著提高首次免疫2个月后的雌二醇(E2)水平,且抗体效价高的两只鸡提高的幅度较大;还抑制了雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)在秋冬季的下降趋势。因此短日照下通过主动免疫中和蛋鸡体内MLT,可增强蛋鸡生殖内分泌功能,提示短日照下MLT对蛋鸡生殖机能具有抑制作用。
Abstract:
Melatonin complete antigen was successfully synthesized through Mannich formaldehyde condensation reaction with molar ratio of melatonin to BSA 11.5∶1. Five laying hens were immunized against melatonin and produced specific antibodies (detected by ELISA). In natural light, active immunization against Melatonin increased the estradiol level significantly two months after immunization and inhibited the decrease of estradiol and progesterone level in fall and winter. Higher the antibody titers were induced, higher the estradiol level were increased. The results indicated that immunization against melatonin in shortening light could enhance the reproductive endocrine activities. It was also inferred that melatonin has an inhibitory effect on the reproductive endocrine of laying hens.
