在介绍南农493-1和南农1138-2的来源与特点的基础上,以共祖先度为指标分析了两个品种及其27个衍生新品种间的亲缘关系,并从所衍生新品种的数量与水平和4组杂交试验的理论研究两方面论证了两个品种具有优良的配合力,它们的衍生品种继承了其优良的配合力。两品种及其衍生新品种可用于黄淮及南方大豆区的育种计划
Abstract:
An analysis of genetic relationship of Nannong493 1 and Nannong1138 2 with their 27 derivative cultivars was conducted. The two cultivars showed being with good agronomic performance and high combining ability. The coancestry coefficients were calculated to analyze the genetic relationship among the two cultivars and the 27 derivative cultivars. Three of the 27 cultivars were derived from crosses with both Nannong493 1 and Nannong 1138 2 as their ancestries. Both the breeding progress and the four experiments of hybridization indicated the high combining ability of the two cultivars, and that of their derivative cultivars probably had inherited from the two ancestors. Nannong 493 1 and Nannong 1138 2 and their derivative cultivars could be used in future soybean breeding program in Huang Huai valley and southern China.
