摘要:
应用放射免疫分析法,对出雏后5日龄和10日龄的肉鸡和蛋鸡血清中胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)水平进行了测定。结果表明:胚后早期发育阶段,蛋鸡的血清IGF-1水平随体重的增加而增加,并且高于肉鸡,尤以10日龄时更为显著(P<0.01)。不同品种相同日龄的雌性雏鸡间差异不显著,但雄性蛋鸡的血清IGF-1水平却显著高于雄性肉鸡(P<0.01);另外,同一品种雏鸡的血清IGF-1水平未见有显著的性别差异(P>0.05)。
Abstract:
Both sexes of two strains of chicken with genetically different growth potentials (Broilerand Layingtype) were used to investigate insulinlike growth factor1(IGF1)circulating concentrations at day 5(D5) and day 10(D10) posthatch using the radioimmunoassay (RIA) methods. The results indicated that there was a clear but not significant developmental increase in serum concentrations of IGF1 in the layer. The serum levels of IGF1 in Layers are higher than in Broilers, especially a significant difference existed at day 10 between two strains (P<0.01). At same age (D5 or D10), no significant differences were observed between female Layers and female Broilers. Serum concentrations of IGF1 in male Layers however was significantly higher than in male Broilers (P<0.01). In addition, there was no significant sex differences in the same strain.
