摘要:
网室盆栽水稻苗接种稻瘟病菌24h后,病菌附着胞中黑色素已完全形成,此时施用三环唑仍有60%左右的防效。三环唑可抑制病斑扩展及产孢,还可诱发水稻叶片内POX酶活性的提高。放线酮对三环唑防效具有拮抗作用,表明三环唑不仅为抑制黑色素合成的抗侵入剂,而且能诱导寄主提高抗病性。
Abstract:
In green house, fiveleaf seedlings of rice cultivated in pot were sprayed with tricyclazole 24 h after inoculating. When the fungal appressoria formed the melanin, the control effect of tricyclazole still had 60% or so. The effect of tricyclazole on the fungus inoculated in wounded leaves was tested. Lesion expansion was limited and sporulation was decreased on the treated leaves. The peroxide activity was high in rice leaves treated with the blasticide and cycloheximide decreased the control effect of tricyclazole. These showed that tricyclazole has the mechanism of antipenetration as well as inducing the resistance of host to the blast.
