摘要:
报道了从模式植物拟南芥花c D N A 文库中分离鉴定的一个克隆。该c D N A 的长度为 887 bp,其编译的蛋白质推断为268 aa(氨基酸),与大豆营养贮藏蛋白( V S P)的同源率达 50% 。 Northern blot 分析表明,该基因在拟南芥叶片中仅有微量表达,但在花蕾、幼荚及茎中表达量丰富。采用发育后期的花为材料进行原位杂交,发现该基因的表达仅限制于子房壁。
