以 1,2 丙二醇、间二氯苯、 1H 1,2 ,4 三氮唑等为原料 ,分别用溴化法与氯化法对 1 [2 (2 ,4 二氯苯基 ) 4 甲基 1,3 二氧戊环 2 基 ]甲基 1H 1,2 ,4 三氮唑 (以下称甲环唑 )的合成进行了研究。合成产物得到核磁共振与气相色谱 /质谱确认。溴化法总收率 6 3 2 % ,产物纯度可达 84%以上。氯化法总收率 36 9% ,产物纯度 6 0 %左右。对关键步骤中的反应时间与温度对产物质量及收率的影响进行了比较与分析 ,并就甲环唑预防白粉病菌侵染黄瓜进行了初步试验
Abstract:
The synthesis of fungicide 1?[2?(2, 4?dichlorophenyl)?4?methyl?1, 3?dioxolan?2?yl]?1H?1, 2, 4?triazole were studied with the starting materials of 1, 3?dichlorobenzene, 1, 3?propylene glycol, 1H?1, 2, 4?triazole etc. by the routes of bromination and chlorination. The title compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and GC MS. 63 2% total yield and more than 84% product purity were obtained by bromination route, 36 9% and around 60% respectively by chlorination route. The effects of reaction time and temperature of key steps on the yield and product quality were compared and discussed emphatically. The preliminary experiment showed that the title compound had prophylactic activity against Erysiphe cichoracearum.
