摘要:
将100羽35日龄伊沙蛋鸡随机均分为对照组(含钙1.00%)和高钙组(含钙3.78%)。在饲喂高钙日粮32 d时对2组鸡作动脉血血气分析及血清电解质测定,并采用结肠造口术收集尿液,测定鸡尿液电解质的变化,以探讨高钙日粮对鸡体内酸碱度和电解质变化的影响。结果表明,高钙日粮能致鸡腹泻;高钙组尿量增加,尿液pH值较对照组显著升高;与对照组相比,高钙组鸡血液pH值、碳酸氢根以及剩余碱显著升高,动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压和血氧饱和度显著降低;高钙组血清无机磷和钾显著降低,血清钙显著升高,血清镁、氯稍有下降,钠稍有升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);高钙组鸡尿液中的钾相对含量和24 h总量稍低于对照组(P>0.05);高钙组尿钙及尿氯相对含量和24 h总量均显著高于对照组,高钙组尿磷、尿钠与尿镁相对含量和24 h总量显著低于对照组。说明高钙日粮能引起鸡代谢性碱中毒和电解质代谢紊乱。
Abstract:
One hundred healthy growers of 35 day-old were randomly divided into two groups. The growers in different groups were fed with normal calcium diet(control, 1.00% calcium), high calcium diet(HC, 3.78% calcium)respectively. According to experimental design, we study the blood gas and electrolyte of serum and urine. The results showed HC could cause diarrhea. Growers being raised on HC diet had unsignificantly higher volume of urine than that of the control. Growers being raised on HC diet had significantly higher urine pH than that of the control. The growers raised on HC diet had significantly higher blood pH, HCO_3^-, BE than that of the control. P_O_2, P_CO_2, S_O_2 decreased in blood in the HC group as compared with the control group. Phosphorus and potassium decreased in the serum in the HC group, meanwhile, calcium increased in the HC as compared with the control group. Growers being raised on HC diet had unsignificantly lower sodium, magnesium, chlorine of serum than that of the control. The relative contents and 24 h urinary excretion of calcium, chlorine for HC growers was significantly higher when compared to the control growers. The growers being raised on HC diet had significantly the relative contents lower total quantity of 24 h urinary excretion of magnesium, inorganic phosphorus, sodium in urine than that of the control. In conclusion, high calcium diet could cause metabolic alkalosis and disorder of acid-base and electrolyte in growers.
