摘要:
利用PCR-RFLP方法,对130头苏淮猪的IGF1、MSTN、MyoG、RYR1、RBP4、PRLR、ESR7个功能基因进行多态性检测,并分析其基因型与生长、繁殖性状的相关性。结果表明:7个候选基因均表现了多态性,其中IGF1基因的AB型,RYR1基因的Nn型个体均可作为苏淮猪早期生长的优势基因型;RYR1基因的不同基因型对苏淮猪头胎总产仔数和产活仔数有显著影响。表明,IGF1、RYR1基因可望作为猪生长、繁殖方面的遗传标记用于标记辅助选择。
Abstract:
The polymorphisms of seven functional genes(IGF1, MSTN, MyoG, RYR1, RBP4, PRLR and ESR) from Suhuai pigs and their relationship to production performance were investigated by PCR-RFLP. The results showed that all the seven genes exhibited polymorphisms. AB genotype of IGF1 gene was the favourable genotype to 20-day body weight of Suhuai pigs;heterozygote Nn of RYR1 gene showed predominance at birth weight, 20-day body weight and 40-day body weight over NN genotypic individuals. RYR1 genotypes had significant influence on litter size. IGF1 and RYR1 could be regarded as genetic markers for marker assisted selection for further selection of Suhuai pigs.
