摘要:
以晨光、友谊牡丹莲、瑰丽、红樱桃、厦门碗莲和素馨6个荷花品种为亲本进行不完全双列杂交,共配制杂交组合26个,并对结实种子数超过10粒的13个杂交组合F1的部分性状进行统计分析。结果发现:在花色遗传上,白色的遗传潜能最低,黄色次之,红色遗传潜能最强;杂种一代的花瓣数目和叶柄高度表现出明显的遗传优势,F1代花瓣数目和叶柄高度的总平均值分别相当于中亲值的122.4%和121.1%;花冠直径和花梗长度在F1代有衰弱的趋势,F1代花冠直径和花梗长度的总平均值分别相当于中亲值的95.4%和84.7%。
Abstract:
Hybridizations were made between six cultivars of Chenguang, Youyimudanlian, Guili, Hongyingtao, Xiamenwanlian and Suxin in Nelumbo nucifera. Thirteen out of 26 cross combinations yielded more than 10 seeds, and morphological characters in F1 progenies of these thirteen crosses were investigated. The results were as follows:the heredity ability of flower color was red, yellow and white in turn. The number of petals and the height of leafstalk showed hybrid vigor, which were 122.4% and 121.1% of the parent′s mean value. However, the flower diameter and flower stalk amounted to 95.4% and 84.7% of the parent′s mean value, indicating that slight regression occurred.
