摘要:
选用2个黄瓜热敏材料和2个耐热材料研究了黄瓜幼苗在不同温度热胁迫下的生理表现,并用RT-PCR技术检测了黄瓜热激蛋白CSHSP70基因的表达。结果表明:随着热胁迫温度的增高,黄瓜幼苗叶片细胞膜透性增加,丙二醛含量升高,膜脂过氧化严重,膜伤害加剧,游离脯氨酸含量增加,超氧化物岐化酶活性增强,CSHSP70被诱导增强表达,耐热材料与热敏材料间表达存在差异。
Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to study the relationship between thermotolerance and HSP70 gene expression in cucumber seedlings. Some physiological characters were determined and expression of heat shock protein gene CSHSP70 was detected using RT-PCR technique between different genotype cucumber under various thermal stresses. The results showed increased membrane permeability and enhanced SOD activity. The MDA and proline content increased significantly in all genotypes under various thermal stresses. The enhanced genotypic difference in CSHSP70 gene expression was noted in present studies.
