摘要:
利用NJ089×NJ074构建不结球白菜双单倍体群体,应用主基因+多基因联合分离分析方法,研究了不结球白菜株高、开展度、最大叶长、最大叶宽、叶色、抽薹指数和冷害指数7个主要农艺性状的遗传效应。结果表明:7个性状均符合主基因+多基因遗传模型。其中,抽薹指数为3对主基因,其余均为两主基因+多基因遗传模型,主基因遗传率由大到小依次为叶色、开展度、叶宽、叶长、冷害指数和株高。
Abstract:
With a double haploid (DH) population derived from F1 which cross between NJ089 and NJ074, the heritability analysis of seven agronomic characters in non-heading cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino) was conducted by using the method of identifying mixed major genes and polygenes. All examined characters showed the models of two major genes plus polygenes except that bolting index showed a model of three major genes without polygene. The list of heritability of major genes from high to low was leaf color, plant spreading, the largest of leaf width, the largest of leaf length, chilling injury index and plant height.
