摘要:
以4个梨系统的12个栽培品种为材料,利用TESTO177-T3型电子温度记录仪测定了梨果实活体冰点温度,同时测定果实可溶性固形物(TSS)含量、果实密度等指标,利用灰色关联度分析法和SPSS13.0软件分析了影响果实冰点温度的主要因素。结果表明:不同梨品种果实冰点温度存在明显差异,其中丰水梨冰点温度最高,为-1.9℃;秋白梨和南果梨冰点温度较低,为-4.3℃和-4.5℃;其余9个品种果实冰点温度为-2.0℃~-3.0℃。果实密度为0.956~1.032.gcm-3。灰色关联度分析结果表明:可溶性固形物含量对果实冰点温度影响最大,密度次之,果实体积和单果重影响较小。利用果实可溶性固形物含量测定结果与回归分析法能够较好地预测白梨、西洋梨和砂梨品种果实的冰点温度,对秋子梨中的南果梨品种的预测效果不理想。
Abstract:
Twelve cultivars of pear(Pyrus spp. )fruits were used to determinate the freezing point temperature(FPT), and study the relationship between the FPT and fruit volume, fruit weight, fruit density and total soluble solids(TSS)by grey correlation degree analysis(GCDA)and SPSS13.0 software. The results indicated that the pear FPT were quite different between cultivars, where the highest was-1.9 ℃ of Hosui, while the lowest were-4.3 ℃ and-4.5 ℃ of Qiubai and Nanguo, respectively. The FPT in the other nine cultivars were from-2 ℃ to-3 ℃. The fruit density was between 0.956-1.032 g·cm-3.The analysis with GCDA showed that TSS was the main impact factor on the FPT, and then the fruit density. The fruit volume and fruit weight were the low impact factors on the FPT of pears. According to the measurements of TSS, the regression analysis of SPSS could be used to predict the FPT of the most cultivars of P. bretschneideri, P. communis and P. pyrifolia, but not Nanguo of P. ussriensis cultivar.
