摘要:
报道了一种专性微生物有机肥(BOF)对棉花黄萎病的防治效果。在连续3 季的盆栽试验中,施用该种微生物有机肥能够有效防治棉花黄萎病,尤其是在营养钵育苗土和大盆钵移栽土中都施用微生物有机肥的处理(BOF+BOF)防治效果最佳,三季的防治率依次分别为85. 7%、75. 0%和100. 0%。棉花黄萎病爆发前期BOF+BOF 处理植株体内过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚氧化酶活性是对照的1 倍以上。表明微生物有机肥通过提高植株体内防御性相关酶活性,进而提高棉花植株对黄萎病的抗性。
Abstract:
A bio-organic fertilizer(BOF)was applied to soils to control cotton verticillium wilt. The application of BOF could effectively control cotton verticillium wilt in pot experiments in three seasons. The best control experiment of cotton verticillium wilt was found in the treatment of twice application of BOF at the beginning of nursery and transplanting, in which control rates were 85.7%, 75.0% and 100.0% for three seasons, respectively. The BOF+BOF was the CK+CK 1 times above in the peroxidase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and polyphenol oxidase activity of the cotton plant. The application of BOF could increase plant resistance against verticillium wilt by improving the peroxidase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and polyphenol oxidase activity of the cotton plant.
