摘要:
采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析了木醋液的主要化学成分,并将不同稀释倍数(100、300和500倍)的木醋液对辣椒进行叶面喷施温室试验,以清水为对照,考察木醋液对辣椒生长及品质的影响。结果表明:木醋液是一种成分复杂的液态混合物,主要含有酚类和烯-酮类等物质。叶面喷施木醋液能提高辣椒的株高、产量以及果实中维生素C含量。其中稀释300倍的木醋液叶面喷施对增加辣椒株高及维生素C含量效果最好,而喷施稀释500倍的木醋液对辣椒增产效果最好,表明木醋液含有植物生长促进物质,具有开发为农用叶面喷施制剂的应用潜力。
Abstract:
Organic components of pyroligneous solution(PLS)from straw pyrolysis was analyzed using GC-MS.A greenhouse experiment was conducted on the effect on yield and vitamin C content of pepper spice.The results showed that PLS solution was a mixture containing mainly ethylene,phenolic and ketones groups.Spraying of diluted solution of PLS increased height,yield and vitamin C content of pepper compared to those of water.Dilution at 300 times seemed to have greatest effect on enhancing plant height and the vitamin C content,but biggest increase in yield of pepper was observed at dilution of 500 times.This study showed that the pyroligneous solution from straw pyrolysis contains components beneficial to plant growth and has the potential to be used as foliar sprayer for crops in agriculture.
