摘要:
采用盆栽试验,研究水稻田土壤施用不同类型除草剂后对紫云英养分吸收利用和土壤微生物种群以及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:与不施用除草剂(CK)相比,施用乙草胺和吡嘧磺隆后均显著增加土壤中细菌和放线菌的数量,降低紫云英植株中含磷量;施用吡嘧磺隆后显著降低紫云英植株中氮、钾含量和土壤中真菌数量以及紫云英干物质累积量;施用乙草胺后主要影响土壤中多酚氧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性;施用吡嘧磺隆后则主要影响土壤中脲酶活性。结论:在本试验条件下,与施用除草剂吡嘧磺隆相比,施用乙草胺能为紫云英作物提供更适宜的土壤微生态环境,从而有利于其吸收利用土壤养分。
Abstract:
A pot-cutlture experiment was conducted to study the effects of different herbicides on paddy soil micro-ecology environment and absorption and utilization of nutrient of Chinese milk vetch plants.The results showed that compared with no herbicide application(CK),with applying acetochlor and pyrazosulfuron-ethyl on the paddy soil,the amount of bacteria and actinomyce were inhibitted and the content of P of Chinese milk vetch plants decreased significantly,furthermore,the amount of fungi was inhibitted and the content of N,K and dry matter weight of Chinese milk vetch plants also dereased significantly after using pyrazosulfuron-ethyl.Acetochlor mainly affected the activity of catalase and pyrazosulfuron-ethyl affected the activity of urease in paddy soil.So,we made a conclusion that compared to applying pyrazosulfuron-ethyl in soil,it was more advantageous to afford a better micro-ecology environment of soil and absorp soil nutrients for Chinese milk vetch plants by applying acetochlor under the condition of this experiment.
