摘要:
[目的]测定饲喂不同剂量二甲基甘氨酸钠(DMG-Na)肉鸡的生产性能、养分表观利用率及内源消化酶活性,确定其在肉鸡生产上的最适添加剂量.[方法]试验选用1日龄AA肉鸡720羽,随机分成6组,每组6个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,5个试验组在基础日粮中分别添加300、500、1 000、1 500和2 000 mg·kg-1二甲基甘氨酸钠,饲喂42 d.[结果]添加1 000、1 500和2 000 mg·kg-1的二甲基甘氨酸钠可极显著降低肉鸡前期料肉比(P<0.01),但后期各组平均日增体质量、平均日采食量和料肉比变化不显著;试验全期,1 000和1 500 mg·kg-1的二甲基甘氨酸钠组平均日增体质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料肉比极显著地低于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组相比,日粮中添加1 000、1 500和2 000 mg·kg-1的二甲基甘氨酸钠能显著提高42日龄肉鸡对粗蛋白的表观利用率(P<0.05),但干物质、代谢能和粗脂肪的利用率变化不显著;添加500和1 000 mg·kg-1的二甲基甘氨酸钠可以显著提高脂肪酶的活性(P<0.05),添加1 500和2 000 mg·kg-1的二甲基甘氨酸钠则能有效提高胰腺组织中胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05).[结论]日粮添加1 000~1 500 mg·kg-1的二甲基甘氨酸钠能提高肉鸡表观利用率和内源消化酶活性,并能显著改善肉鸡的生产性能.
Abstract:
[Objectives]The study was conducted to determine the best dosage of N, N-dimethylglycine sodium salt(DMG-Na)in broiler production by evaluating the growth performance, nutrient apparent availability and digestive enzyme activities of broilers. [Methods]Total 720 AA broilers of 1 day-old were randomly allocated to six groups with 6 replicates, and fed commercial starter diet which was supplemented with N, N-dimethylglycine sodium salt 300, 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 mg·kg-1 respectively for 42 days. [Results]Adding N, N-dimethylglycine sodium salt supplementation of 1 000 and 1 500 mg·kg-1 decreased feed gain ratio of the early period significantly(P<0.01), but the daily weight gain, daily feed intake and feed gain ratio of later period had no significant change;During the whole experiment, the average daily gain of the group 1 000 and 1 500 mg kg-1 was higher than control group(P<0.05), the meat gain ratio was lower than control group extremely(P<0.01);The group 1 000-1 500 mg·kg-1 displayed the best production performance. Feeding with N, N-dimethylglycine sodium salt supplementation of 1 000, 1 500 and 2 000 mg·kg-1 improved crude protein apparent availability of 42 day-old of broilers compared with control group(P<0.05), but the apparent availability of dry matter, metabolic energy and ether extract had no significant change. Supplementation of 500 and 1 000 mg·kg-1 increased lipases activities of pancreas(P<0.05), and feeding with N, N-dimethylglycine sodium salt supplementation of 1 500 and 2 000 mg·kg-1 improved trypsin activities of broilers(P<0.05). [Conclusions]Feeding with N, N-dimethylglycine sodium salt supplementation of 1 000-1 500 mg·kg-1 raised apparent metabolic rate and digestive enzymes of broilers, and significantly improved the growth performance of broilers.
