摘要:
[目的]本试验旨在研究不同硒源和硒水平对育成期湖羊母羊生长性能、组织硒含量和瘤胃发酵的影响。[方法]选取48只6月龄、平均体质量(27.95±0.27)kg湖羊母羊,随机分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复6只(分栏饲喂),分别饲喂不同硒源和硒水平的全混合(TMR)日粮。对照组(C组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮中分别添加0.5 mg·kg-1酵母硒(0.5 SY组)、0.3 mg·kg-1酵母硒(0.3 SY组)和0.3 mg·kg-1亚硒酸钠(0.3 SS组),试验期70 d。[结果]与C组相比,试验组湖羊的日增重均有增加趋势,料重比均有降低趋势,其中0.3 SY组的日增重显著增加(P<0.05),0.5 SY组和0.3 SY组的料重比显著降低(P<0.05);背最长肌的pH值组间差异显著(P<0.05),其中0.3 SY组显著高于C组;试验组湖羊的背最长肌中的硒沉积量显著增加,0.3 SY组肝脏和背最长肌中的硒沉积量均显著高于C组(P<0.05);饲料各养分的表观消化率均有提高的趋势,0.3 SS组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于C组(P<0.05);0.3 SY组和0.3 SS组的粗蛋白(CP)的表观消化率显著高于C组(P<0.05);0.5 SY组的粗脂肪(EE)的表观消化率显著高于C组(P<0.05);0.5 SY组的瘤胃液pH值显著高于C组(P<0.05);0.5 SY组和0.3 SY组瘤胃液的氨态氮浓度显著低于C 组(P<0.05);0.3 SY组瘤胃液的乙酸浓度和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。[结论]在饲料中添加0.3 mg·kg-1酵母硒有助于促进育成湖羊的生长和瘤胃发酵,并增加肝脏和肌肉中硒的沉积。
Abstract:
[Objectives]This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of selenium(Se)sources and levels on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and Se retention in bred Hu sheep. [Methods]A total of 48 Hu sheep in six-month-age with(27.95±0.27)kg weight were randomly divided into four groups with 12 Hu sheep each group,including one control group and three experi-mental groups,in which Hu sheep were fed 0 mg·kg-1 selenium(Group C),0.5 mg·kg-1 selenium yeast(by selenium,Group 0.5 SY),0.3 mg·kg-1 selenium yeast(Group 0.3 SY),and 0.3 mg·kg-1 sodium selenite(Group 0.3 SS). The experimental period was 70 days,including a 10-day preliminary trial period and a 60-day formal experiment period. [Results]The results indicated that:compared with the group C,the addition of selenium in feed stuffs significantly increased the daily gain of the bred Hu sheep and decreased feed-gain ratio(P<0.05). There were significant differences in longissimus dorsi selenium content(P<0.05),and group 0.3 SY was remarkably higher than that group C. Dietary nutrient digestibility was improved,especially the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)for Group 0.3 SS were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). Apparent digestibility of crube protein(CP)for Group 0.3 SY and Group 0.3 SS were significantly higher than that of Group C(P<0.05). Tumor gastric juice pH value of Group 0.5 SY was significantly higher than Group C(P<0.05). Ammonia nitrogen level of Group 0.5 SY and Group 0.3 SY were significantly lower than that of Group C(P<0.05). Acetic acid concentration and the concentration of total volatile fatty acids of Group 0.3 SY were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). [Conclusions]In summary,0.3 mg·kg-1 selenium yeast helps to promote the growth performance of the bred Hu sheep,improve the apparent digestibility of nutrients in the diet and increase selenium deposition in the tissue.
