摘要:
[目的]本文旨在研究不同李资源在生长季内叶片光合能力的差异,为李的高光效育种提供理论依据。[方法]采用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统分别于2017年春季(5月下旬)、夏季(8月上旬)和秋季(10月上旬)对不同种源李资源的22个品种进行光合日变化测定。对净光合速率(Pn)日积分值、蒸腾速率(Tr)日积分值、气孔导度(Gs)和水分利用效率(WUE)进行数值分类,并进行主成分分析、聚类分析和判定分析。[结果]李资源的Pn日积分均值春季最高,春、夏、秋呈现逐渐降低趋势;WUE日均值夏季最低,春、秋季节较高。将不同李资源按Pn高低可划分为高、中、低光合速率3类;按WUE高低可划分为高、较高、中、低水分利用效率4类。进一步主成分分析确定Pn日积分值、Tr日积分值、GsWUE为影响李光合生理的主导因子。对各指标进行系统聚类分析,最终不同李资源被聚为3类,并筛选出6个综合光合性状较优的品种:黑刺李‘Damas-1869’,欧洲李‘大玫瑰’,中国李‘芙蓉李’‘嘉庆子’,杂交李‘安哥诺’‘圣玫瑰’。[结论]在3个季节中,不同李资源的光合能力存在差异,通过聚类分析的方法可以筛选出适用于高光效育种的李资源。
Abstract:
[Objectives]The research aimed to study the difference of leaf photosynthetic capacity of different plum resources in the growing season and provide the theoretical basis for the high light efficiency breeding of plum. [Methods]The photosynthesis daily changes of 22 varieties from different provenances of plum germplasm resources were measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system respectively in spring(late May),summer(early August) and autumn(early October),2017. Classified the diuenal integral value(DIV) of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),DIV of Tr,Gs and water use efficiency(WUE),and the principal component,the clustering and the decision analysis were carried out. [Results]Plum resources had the highest Pn in spring and it showed a trend of gradually decreasing in three seasons. Daily mean value of WUE was the lowest in summer and higher in spring and autumn. Different plum resources were classified into 3 categories:high,relatively high,middle and low photosynthetic rate according to Pn. According to the values of WUE,four categories of high,medium,and low water use efficiency were divided. Further principal component analysis showed that DIV of Pn,DIV of Tr,Gs and WUE were the main factors influencing photosynthetic physiology. According to the four indicators,different plum resources were clustered into three categories. Six selected varieties with better comprehensive photosynthetic characters:Prunus spisona ‘Damas-1869’,Prunus domestica ‘Great Rosa’,Prunus salicina ‘Furongli’ and ‘Jiaqingzi’,hybrid plum ‘Angeleno’ and ‘Sata Rosa’,were used for high photosynthetic efficiency breeding of plum. [Conclusions]The photosynthetic capacity of different plum resources are differences in three seasons. Through the clustering analysis method the plum resource can be selected which is suitable for the high light efficiency breeding.
