摘要:
[目的]本文旨在优化与改进小麦取样后的后处理措施,为提高抗倒伏性状测定结果的准确性提供依据。[方法]采用完全随机设计,设置2个试验:取样后3种放置方式(取样后去除根系、取样后保留根系和取样后保留根系并将根系浸泡在水中)与取样后7个放置时间(0、2、4、6、8、10和12 h)为试验条件;以基部第2节间剥除叶鞘后的7个放置时间(0、0.5、1、1.5、2、2.5和3 h)为试验条件,分析其对抗倒伏相关形态指标和茎秆化学成分的影响。[结果]随着放置时间的推移,取样后保留根系并将根系浸泡在水中的放置方式下小麦单茎鲜质量、重心高度、机械强度和抗倒伏指数在放置12 h内与对照无显著差异,可溶性糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量在放置10 h内与对照无显著差异。取样后保留根系放置方式下小麦单茎鲜质量、重心高度、机械强度、可溶性糖含量、蔗糖含量和淀粉含量在放置2 h内与对照均无显著差异。取样后去除根系放置方式下,单茎鲜质量、机械强度和淀粉含量在放置2 h时与对照差异显著。随着基部第2节间剥除叶鞘后放置时间的延长,机械强度、抗倒伏指数、可溶性糖含量、蔗糖含量和淀粉含量均呈现先降后升趋势,0.5 h内机械强度和抗倒伏指数变化较小,但可溶性糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量在0.5 h时分别比对照显著降低7.21%、5.63%和19.91%。放置方式和放置时间对纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量均无显著影响。[结论]田间取样后保留根系并将根系浸泡在水中的放置方式下小麦植株抗倒伏性状测定结果稳定性较好,10 h内测定结果与对照无显著差异,取样后保留根系放置方式抗倒伏性状需在2 h内测完;同时基部节间剥除叶鞘后应立即进行相关性状的测定。
Abstract:
[Objectives]The purpose of this paper was to optimize and improve the post-treatment measures after sampling and provide the evidence for improving the accuracy of the determination results in wheat lodging resistance.[Methods]The studies were arranged in a completely random design with two experiments. One experiment was conducted with three placement methods,i.e.,removing root after sampling,retaining root system after sampling and retaining root system after sampling and soak the root system in water,and seven wait time(0,2,4,6,8,10,and 12 h)after sampling and the other experiment was conducted with seven wait time(0,0.5,1,2,1.5,2.5 and 3 h)after stripping off leaf sheath on the basal second internodes,in which we studied the differences of their stem morphological characteristics,chemical composition and their influence on lodging resistance.[Results]Experiment results showed that as wait time passing,under the placement method of retaining root system after sampling and soak the root system in water,wheat fresh weights of single stem,height of center gravity,mechanical strength and lodging resistance index all had not significant difference compared with control within 12 h after sampling;the soluble sugar,sucrose and starch contents had not significant difference compared with control within the wait time of 10 h. Under the placement method of retaining root system after sampling,wheat fresh weights of single stem,height of center gravity,mechanical strength,the soluble sugar,sucrose and starch contents all had not significant difference compared with control within 2 h after sampling. Under the placement method of removing root after sampling,wheat fresh weights of single stem,mechanical strength and starch contents all had significant difference compared with control when wait time reached 2 h after sampling. With the extension of the time after the leaf sheaths were removed from the basal second internodes,the mechanical strength,lodging resistant index and the contents of soluble sugar,sucrose and starch all tended to fall after rising first. The change of mechanical strength and lodging resistant index change within was small 0.5 h,but the soluble sugar,sucrose and starch content at wait time of 0.5 h were significantly lower compared with control,which were reduced by 7.21%,5.63% and 19.91% respectively. The content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin was not significantly affected by the placement methods and wait time after sampling.[Conclusions]Under the placement method of retaining root system after sampling and soak the root system in water form field,the stability of the determination results in wheat lodging resistance was good,and the determination results had not significant difference compared with control within 10 h. Under the placement method of retaining root system after sampling,all lodging resistance should be measured within 2 h. The measurement should be completed immediately after removing leaf sheath of the basal internodes.
