摘要:
[目的] 本文旨在探讨饲料蛋白水平对大规格鳙(Aristichthys nobilis)生长、血液生化指标和抗氧化酶活性的影响。[方法] 以鱼粉、豆粕为主要蛋白源,制备蛋白水平质量分数分别为20%、24%、28%、32%、36%和40%的6种膨化饲料饲养鳙8周。[结果] 鳙的生长性能(增重率、特定生长率、饲料效率)均在饲料蛋白水平32%时达最佳值;当饲料蛋白水平在28%时,蛋白质效率和蛋白质保留率表现最好;饲料蛋白水平对鳙的肥满度具有显著影响(P<0.05),而对肝体指数和脏体指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲料蛋白水平对鳙前、中肠淀粉酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05),当蛋白水平为28%时,后肠淀粉酶活性显著高于其他试验组(P<0.05);饲料蛋白水平对鳙前、中、后肠脂肪酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05);中后肠蛋白酶活性随饲料蛋白水平的提高呈先升后降的趋势,均在蛋白水平为28%时达最高,且显著高于其他组(P<0.05),而前肠蛋白酶活性无明显变化(P>0.05)。36%和40%蛋白组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性显著高于其他组(P<0.05);32%蛋白组葡萄糖和补体C3含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),而饲料蛋白水平对鳙血清中总甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和溶菌酶(LZM)均无显著影响。丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性都在28%蛋白组达最佳值,但与32%蛋白组无显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论] 以特定生长率和蛋白质效率为指标,采用二次曲线模型分析表明鳙膨化饲料中蛋白质的适宜需求水平为29.28%~32.44%。
Abstract:
[Objectives] A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary protein level on the growth performance,digestive enzymes activities,biochemical indexes and antioxidant ability of the bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis).[Methods] Six diets were formulated with fish meal and soybean meal as protein sources containing graded protein levels of 20%,24%,28%,32%,36% and 40%,respectively. Fish were fed with six artificail feeds for 8 weeks.[Results] The results showed that fish fed the diet with 32% protein had the higher weight gain,specific growth ratio and feed efficiency ratio than other groups. Fish fed the diet with 28% protein had the highest protein efficiency ratio and protein retention efficiency. In addition,there were significant effects on the condition factor of bighead carp(P<0.05),but no significant differences were observed on hepatosomatic index and viscera index of bighead carp. The activity of amylase of hindgut in 28% protein group was significantly higher than that of other groups(P<0.05),however,there was no significant difference in foregut. The dietary protein level had no significant effects on lipase activities in foregut,midgut,and hindgut. The activities of protease of hindgut and midgut were firstly increased and then decreased,the highest protease acitivities in midgut were found in 28% protein group. The alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)content in 36% and 40% protein groups were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05),and the glucose(GLU)content and C3 complement activities in 32% protein group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05). No significant differences were observed on serum total triglycerides content(TC),total cholesterol(TC)content and lysozyme(LZM)activities(P>0.05). The superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities were significantly higher than those of other groups,but the content of malonaldehyde(MDA)was significantly lower than that of other groups.[Conclusions] The regression analysis between dietary protein level and WGR,PER of bighead carp indicates that the dietary protein requirement of bighead carp is 29.28%-32.44%.
