摘要:
[目的] 本试验旨在研究白藜芦醇和姜黄素对断奶仔猪内源消化酶活性和胰腺抗氧化功能的影响。[方法] 180头日龄为(28±2)d的断奶杜×长×大仔猪(公母各半,体质量均为7.8 kg),随机分成6组(每个组3个重复,每个重复10只):分别饲喂基础日粮(CON组)或含有添加剂的日粮:300 mg·kg-1抗生素(ANT组);白藜芦醇和姜黄素各300 mg·kg-1(HRC组);白藜芦醇和姜黄素各100 mg·kg-1(LRC组);300 mg·kg-1白藜芦醇(RES组);300 mg·kg-1姜黄素(CUR组)的试验饲粮,试验期为28 d。[结果] 与CON组相比,各添加剂组胰腺中淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性均无显著变化(P>0.05),仅RES组胰腺糜蛋白酶活性表现为差异显著(P<0.05),HRC、LRC、RES、CUR组空肠中淀粉酶、糜蛋白酶的活性均显著上升(P<0.05),回肠中HRC、LRC、RES组糜蛋白酶活性显著上升(P<0.05);HRC、LRC、RES、CUR组胰腺丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶1(SOD1)活性显著下降(P<0.05),还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著上升(P<0.05);HRC和LRC组胰腺过氧化氢酶(CAT)、GSH-Px mRNA表达水平显著升高(P<0.05),HRC组胰腺血红素氧合酶1(HO-1)、SOD1 mRNA表达水平显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论] 饲粮中组合添加白藜芦醇和姜黄素可以提高断奶仔猪小肠消化酶活性及胰腺的抗氧化能力,缓解由断奶应激带来的损伤。
Abstract:
[Objectives] This experiment was conducted to study the effects of resveratrol and curcumin on digestive enzyme activity and pancreatic antioxidant function in weaned piglets.[Methods] One hundred-eighty piglets(Duroc×Landrace×Large White pig) were randomly allocated to 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. The control group(CON group) was fed with basal diet,and the experiment groups showed fed the basal diet supplemented with 300 mg·kg-1 antibiotics(ANT group),resveratrol and curcumin 300 mg·kg-1 respectively(HRC group),resveratrol and curcumin 100 mg·kg-1 respectively(LRC group),resveratrol 300 mg·kg-1(RES group),curcumin 300 mg·kg-1(CUR group).[Results] The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,all the experiment groups were no significant changes in the activities of amylase,trypsin and lipase in pancreas(P>0.05),only the activities of pancreatic chymotrypsin in RES group was significantly different. Supplementation with resveratrol and curcumin(HRC,LRC,RES,and CUR group) significantly increased the activity of amylase and chymotrypsin in jejunum(P<0.05). The activity of ileum chymotrypsin in HRC,LRC and RES groups all increased significantly(P<0.05). The malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1) activity in pancreas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the glutathione(GSH) contents and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity significantly increased(P<0.05) with supplemented resveratrol and curcumin. The mRNA expression levels of pancreatic catalase(CAT) and glutathione peroxidase significantly increased(P<0.05) with resveratrol and curcumin at 300 mg·kg-1 or 100 mg·kg-1. The mRNA expression of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) and SOD1 significantly increased(P<0.05) by addition of 300 mg·kg-1 resveratrol and curcumin.[Conclusions] Resveratrol and curcumin can increase the activity of digestive enzymes in small intestine of weaned piglets and could also improve the antioxidant capacity of pancreas,thus alleviating the damage caused by weanling stress.
