摘要:
[目的] 本文旨在研究日粮和饮水中添加竹醋液(bamboo vinegar,BV)对夏季蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血清生理指标和粪便中氨气含量的影响。[方法] 将150只36周龄体质量相近的海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为5组,其中对照组(BV0)饲喂基础日粮;BV0.1、BV0.5和BV1组分别在基础日粮中加入1、5和10 mL·kg-1饲料级竹醋液,同时在饮用水中加入1 mL·L-1饮用级竹醋液;HAc1组在基础日粮中加入10 mL·kg-1乙酸溶液。每组3个重复,每重复10只蛋鸡,试验持续60 d。[结果] 与对照组相比,饲喂竹醋液60 d,各竹醋液组的平均产蛋率显著增加(P<0.05);各竹醋液组和HAc1组的蛋黄颜色均有所加深,其中HAc1组较为显著(P<0.05);各竹醋液组鸡蛋中的总胆固醇含量有下降趋势(P>0.05),蛋白质含量则略有上升(P>0.05);各竹醋液组和HAc1组蛋鸡血清中丙二醛含量极显著下降(P<0.01),BV0.5组血清中尿酸含量显著降低(P<0.05);各竹醋液组鸡粪氨气产生量有所减少(P>0.05)。[结论] 蛋鸡日粮和饮水中添加竹醋液可提高产蛋性能,改善蛋品质,提高机体抗氧化能力,并减少鸡粪中氨气含量;在本试验条件下,分别在日粮中添加5 mL·kg-1饲料级竹醋液和在饮水中添加1 mL·L-1饮用级竹醋液效果最好。
Abstract:
[Objectives] The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of adding bamboo vinegar (BV) in diet and drinking water on egg production performance,egg quality,serum physiological indexes and fecal ammonia content of laying hens in summer.[Methods] A total of 150 Hy-Line Brown laying hens (36-week-old) were randomly assigned to 5 treatment groups. The BV0 group was fed on a basal diet;the BV0.1,BV0.5or BV1 group were fed on the basal diet with 1,5 or 10 mL·kg-1 feed grade bamboo vinegar,and drinking water with 1 mL·L-1 drinkable bamboo vinegar added;the HAc1 group was fed on the basal diet with 10 mL·kg-1 acetic acid added. Every group was divided into 3 replicates with 10 chickens for 60 days.[Results] The average egg production rate of bamboo vinegar groups significantly increased after feeding bamboo vinegar for 60 days (P<0.05). The yolk of bamboo vinegar groups and HAc1 group were darker in color,and the HAc1 group significantly deepen (P<0.05). The cholesterol content of bamboo vinegar groups had a downward trend (P>0.05),and the protein content increased (P>0.05). The serum malondialdehyde content of bamboo vinegar groups and the HAc1 group significantly decreased (P<0.01),and the uric acid content of the BV0.5 group significantly decreased (P<0.05). Bamboo vinegar reduced ammonia production in fermented manure (P>0.05).[Conclusions] Current results suggested that the addition of bamboo vinegar to diet and drinking water improved egg production performance,egg quality,antioxidant capacity,serum physiological indexes,and decreased fermented manure ammonia generation of laying hens in summer. Under the conditions of this present study,it was effective to add 5 mL·kg-1 feed grade bamboo vinegar to diet and 1 mL·L-1 drinkable bamboo vinegar to drinking water.
